DELIVERY

Each Luxury Collection lampshade is handmade to order and carefully packaged in a protective double-wall box. All deliveries are fully tracked and insured.

Dispatch. Lampshades are normally ready to dispatch within four weeks. Lead times may be longer during Christmas and announced holiday periods; any extended timescale will be displayed on our website.

UK delivery. Delivery within the UK is free and usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch. Orders are sent with Royal Mail or Parcelforce. We currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland.

US delivery. Delivery to the United States is charged at a fixed rate, regardless of the lampshade size, and usually takes 4–5 working days after dispatch. All US deliveries are fully tracked and insured. We prepay customs charges, so you will not be asked to pay these separately when your order arrives.

Complimentary samples and your seven-day review period

Luxury Collection fabrics are printed specifically for each order. To help you choose with confidence, we automatically post complimentary samples of the outer fabric and lining to UK customers within 1–2 working days of purchase.

Your seven-calendar-day review period begins on the day we post your samples. We will confirm the exact date your review period ends in both your sample-dispatch email and the letter enclosed with your samples, so you will not need to calculate the deadline yourself.

During this time, please check the colours and pattern alongside your décor. We also recommend confirming that you have selected the correct lampshade size and fitting.

Before the stated deadline, you may contact us to:

• Cancel your order for a full refund
  

You only need to contact us if you would like to make a change. If we do not hear from you by the date specified in your email and sample letter, we will begin production using the options selected when you placed your order.

If you need additional time, please contact us before the stated deadline. We will be happy to discuss extending your review period before production begins.

Complimentary post-purchase samples are available to UK customers only, excluding Northern Ireland. If you live outside the UK or would prefer to see the fabrics before ordering, please contact us to discuss the available options.

RETURNS

Once the seven-day review period has ended and production has begun, your lampshade cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged because the fabric is printed specifically for your order.

Every lampshade is handmade to order by our small team in the West Midlands using carefully selected materials and professional lampshade-making components.

We take great pride in creating lighting that not only looks beautiful in your home, but is also made with care, precision and attention to detail.

Safety

Our lampshades are handmade using materials specifically designed for professional lampshade making and compliant with relevant British lighting safety standards.

For safety and longevity, we recommend using LED bulbs.

Care

To keep your lampshade looking its best, gently dust with a soft dry cloth. A lint brush for clothes bay be used. Avoid using water or cleaning products directly on the fabric or lining.
