All efforts will be made to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

Our turnaround is 1 - 3 weeks, although very often we dispatch well before the due date. Please note, during busy times we might need to extend our turnaround. Please always check the expected dispatch date of your order to ensure you are happy with the timescales.

Your lampshade will be dispatched in double wall boxes and packaged securely to ensure a safe transit.

Delivery to the UK (except Northern Ireland) is via a 24/48h courier service.

We only work with reputable couriers such as Royal Mail, ParcelForce, UPS.

Delivery to the USA is via FedEx or UPS.

We regret to say that at this time we do not ship to Northern Ireland, nor do we ship to Europe.

Please note, buyers are responsible for any duties and/or customs fees that may be incurred by their destination country.
